The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. From our initial showroom visit, the site measure, quote and follow up advice as to installation time. The installation team including the electricians were well presented, polite and obviously very good at their job which was completed cleanly and efficiently in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier with the finished product which has transformed our patio into a private and generally weather protected addition to the main area of the house. As far as improvements to the service our advice is keep doing what you are doing now, the service and product are first class and the value for money is proven in that your price was 20% less than our other two quotes for a similar product.
