It's a shame you don't allow us to tick more options in the question about what satisfied me - from the moment I walked into your showroom to the time Brian left after installing our shutters - I couldn't have been happier or more impressed. We recently completed a rather large reno to our home in Forresters Beach and to finish off the job needed blinds, awnings and shutters. Trevor's knowledge, assistance and patience both at the showroom and then when he came to quote and re-quote and re-quote...even the office staff got involved in this process and answering my questions. Nothing was a problem. The installations were on time and effortless - a special mention must go to Brian and his partner who installed our shutters - working around me as I desperately cleaned windows and floors ahead of them. I think these young men were the most polite and well-presented and efficient trades I've had the pleasure of dealing with. You guys were not the cheapest and I would just say to anyone battling with the budget - it is worth every cent to deal with a professional and personable team, providing products that are stunning.
